Terms of use for "Seller"
1. You must provide detailed information to the Buyer, please follow this format:
a. Selling price
b. Market price
c. Description
d. Age of item
e. Reason for selling
f. Condition of the item: (Used/new/any flaws/damaged and etc)
g. Your location (include city, state, country)
h. What are your shipping charges? Are you providing free shipping?
i. Shipping method (i.e., poslaju, registered mail, Fedex, DHL, self delivery, buyer pick-up or etc)
j. Ship overseas?
k. 2 good quality pictures (blurred pics will not be accepted)
Info for Pre-loved Corner, not to be revealed to the public

2. Please note that customer bears the shipping cost. Pre-loved Corner offer free shipping for purchase(s) over RM200. Therefore, do consider giving free shipping for item priced above RM200 (you should use normal parcel post for this case). We will collect the selling price and shipping cost on your behalf and deduct the 10% service fee from the selling price before transfering money to you.
3. Items need to be sent out within 48 hours after Buyer placed an order and made payment. You will need to keep the tracking number as proof of delivery.
4. We will release payment to your bank account after Buyer received the item in good condition as per the details given. We would prefer Public bank or else RM2 will be charged to other bank account.
5. Please also note that if the Buyer used paypal or credit card as payment method, Pre-loved Corner will bear the charges (part of the 10% service fee).
6. Please note that if Buyer received items not as described (after investigation on our side), we will do a refund. You will be charged the 10% service fee and is responsible for the return shipping charges. If seller refuse to pay return shipping cost, items will not be returned.
7. Please contact Pre-loved Corner immediately to remove your listing should your item was sold at other avenue.
Terms of use for "Buyer"
1. Please READ all the provided detailed information on the item thoroughly.
2. Place your order using the order form and make payment (We will release our Public Bank account detail for you to do a fund transfer through email). We do not allow booking of item. Should we not received your payment after 48hrs, we will release the item to other interested party.
3. Please take note that Seller will only provide free Normal Parcel Post for item priced above RM200 if Seller decided to provide free shipping.
4. Should you find the item is not as described, please email us and we will investigate. If the descriptions provided met the condition of the items, no return/refund is allowed.
General Rules for Pre-loved Corner's User
1. Pre-loved Corner is not responsible for any losses in the shipping, or other related matter due to Seller/Buyer not following instructions.
2. Pre-loved Corner reserves the right not to accept listing from potential Seller for item that are not appropriate.
3. All items from Pre-loved Corner may be a brand new or used items. Please read thoroughly before you proceed with your purchase. You may drop us any questions regarding the item but we shall not disclosed the Seller before the business is done.
4. Item sold from Pre-loved Corner is not returnable/refundable unless it is not as describe or wrong items being sent out.
